Expansion Plans

Upon the completion of the current 500 kilowatt MEGS Unit, which is
scheduled for the fall of 2024, the Company is already planning the development of a larger MEGS Unit that can generate 3.5 megawatts of electricity. 

To implement this expansion, MMTC has already obtained an option to expand to the adjacent warehouse space, which will triple the current warehouse working space and will be adequate for the development of this new larger MEGS Unit.”

Marketing of the MEGS units has begun, to date we have received an offer on a 500-kW unit based on our current prototype, and are in negotiations for a 1.25 MW with a northern remote location and have a purchase offer for (1) 3.5 MW with potential delivery in mid 2025.

Over the next several years, MMTC will continue developing larger MEGS units that will provide up to 15 MW of power.
